DinnerDinner at Quay is a grand experience. The crisp white linen, the sparkling stemware, the beautifully attired wait staff, exquisite wines and Peter Gilmore’s extraordinary food come together with Sydney Harbour views by night to create an evening of rare elegance, homage to the way life should be. Quay by night is simply spectacular. Quay’s menu can be enjoyed in two ways: the four course menu (five choices per course) or the Tasting menu, consisting of eight tasting plates with the option of matching wines. Quay’s menu is a continually evolving repertoire; some classics, some reworking of old favourites plus new dishes for each season. Please note from Friday, 1st October 2010 the Tasting menu will be the only menu available on Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings. Our a la carte & tasting menu is available Monday through to Thursday evenings. If you do have any dietary requirements please mention these when making your reservation.
