Dinner at Quay is a grand experience.
The crisp white linen, the sparkling stemware, the beautifully attired wait staff, exquisite wines and
Peter Gilmore’s extraordinary food come together with Sydney Harbour views by night to create an evening of rare elegance,
homage to the way life should be. Quay by night is simply spectacular.
Quay’s menu can be enjoyed in two ways: the four course menu (five choices per course) for $175 or the Tasting menu for $225,
consisting of eight tasting plates with the option of a classic wine match for $95 per person or premium wine match for $175 per person.
Quay’s menu is a continually evolving repertoire; some classics, some reworking of old favourites plus new dishes for each season.
