The lunchtime menu includes Quay signature entrées such as Peter’s intriguing sea pearls and delicate crab congee, and a slow cooked quail breast with pink turnips and truffle custard. Mains are a culinary tour de force with such dishes as South Australian Mulloway and Peter's famous crisp pressed duck confit kabu turnips, winter melon, hasuimo, garlic chive buds, sea scallops, duck juices
For those who choose the three course option, there is the famous eight texture chocolate cake and Peter’s legendary snow egg on offer.
