We receive a high volume of reservation enquiries each day so please allow up to 48 hours in which to reply to your email requests.

Bookings are released on a 6-monthly basis on the 1st day of each month

(unless the 1st falls on a day outside of office hours).

We are currently taking bookings until the end of January.

February 2017 bookings will be available from Monday 1st August 2016.

Friday and Saturday evenings book out up to 6 months in advance for tables of 1-4 guests.

Guests can certainly request tables but unfortunately we cannot guarantee as we allocate on the day according to table configurations and booking date.

If you have any dietary requirements, please mention these when making your reservation.



Our dining atmosphere is smart and sophisticated. To reflect this environment, we maintain a formal dress code. To keep with our International standards of dining we ask that you, our guests, dress in a suitable manner to fit your memorable dining experience.


We do not permit athletic clothing or sports shoes, beachwear or flip-flops, slippers, casual shorts or caps. Gentleman are not permitted to wear sleeveless clothing or open shoes and ladies are asked to dress respectfully. Should the manager on duty find your attire does not suit our restaurant setting, we reserve the right to request a clothing change. If this is not possible, we may request you rebook for another occasion.


Our dress code also applies to children. Older children are welcome at Quay though we do not permit children under 5 years old. Children of this age can have a huge effect on other guests' dining experience and in turn affect the restaurant environment and disturb our service. This is not fitting for you or any of our valued guests. The layout of the restaurant also means we do not have the space to accommodate prams and push chairs, nor do we supply highchairs. Children are the responsibility of their guardians at all times and we respectfully ask that they remain quietly seated whilst dining.


Coats, luggage and bulky items and bags can be stored at reception whilst dining. Quay does not take responsibility for any personal items that are lost or damaged.


All cancellations must be made via telephone during reservation office hours.

To avoid incurring a charge, lunch bookings must be cancelled prior to 12pm 24 hours beforehand and dinner bookings by 5pm, 24 hours beforehand.


Quay accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners.

Please note a 1.5% surcharge will be added for all credit and debit card payments.
